From the first phone call to an office I had never been to before, until the follow up appointment, I was very impressed by Dr Constantine & his staff. I happen to be a retired dentist myself so I was very familiar with the procedures that are common to my dental predicament, an emergency visit for a fractured premolar. Dr. Constantine’s office gave me an emergency appointment for that afternoon. The treatment could have been a root canal, a crown or an extraction. Thank you so much for seeing me that day. An x-ray was taken, I was numbed (very well) the broken part of the tooth was removed & I was reappointed for the crown I need. The office was clean, spacious, accommodating, & friendly. I had an opportunity to ask any questions I might have & I was in & out of the office in 45 minutes. Well done! I would highly recommend this convenient central Towson dental office to anyone, I was certainly impressed.

I’ve been going to them for something like 20 years. Even after moving out of area, I still drive 45 min to see them. Nora is incredible, I love her so much, I’ll be devastated when she retires. I hope whenever that happens I’ll be able to keep seeing Susu, because I had a great experience with her as well. Dr. Constatine was amazing with our children, pulling off the impossible—giving needles without them knowing. If there were more stars I would use them! Today was my cleaning with Nora and exam from Dr. Constantine – tremendous plus to know that continued adherence to the plan of care has resulted in a good report. My experience at Osler Dental Professionals was nothing short of amazing. I had pretty bad anxiety towards the dentist from past experiences. My visit from start to finish was great. The front desk, the hygienist, and the dentist made me feel so calm and explained everything in great detail. Julie, the lead dental assistant was awesome! I found Osler Dental using a Google search. Completed 1 implant in Nov. 2023… Dr. Constantine was very professional, very ‘clear’ in describing the process and everything worked out well! They also had the lowest price – compared to others…

I did return to see him because I, recently, had a bit of jaw pain – but even thought it has nothing to do with the implant – he gave me sensible suggestions on how to alleviate the pain I’m experiencing. Quality establishment!!

The dental office is a beautiful space. The staff is friendly. My wait time was less than five minutes. And the best part of all is Dr. Constantine, who is friendly, competent, honest, and someone I feel really good about entrusting my dental health to. And this is how honest he is: another dentist told me I needed to get a tooth re-capped. I went to Dr. Constantine to do the job and he told me it could be fixed with a filling instead of capping the whole tooth.

I’ve been a patient since I was a child and highly recommend both Dr. Libby and Dr. Constantine. They truly care – not only for your teeth, but for your well-being. Once, Dr. Libby kindly rearranged his schedule last-minute so I could have an earlier dental appointment and be able to attend a friend’s funeral. Dr. Constantine is a very caring, gentle, and thorough dentist. While I’ve only been his patient for about six months, he has seen me through a couple of problems (including a cracked tooth) and I’m happy to have found him when we moved back to Baltimore. I just had three dental implants completed today by Dr. Constantine and the whole process was easy and painless. I appreciate the attention to detail, expertise, and service that I experienced. I always compile a list of options and get estimates before embarking on any major project or service. Price is not the only factor I consider but the quality of service and value as well. I found the cost for my implants to be extremely reasonable compared to 2 other estimates I had received and I liked that the cost was inclusive of everything from start to finish and did not deviate. There were no extras or hidden fees- the whole process was very upfront. Dr. Constantine is probably the most diligent and detail oriented dentist I have encountered. It is evident he takes pride in his work. The staff are wonderful. Sue at the front desk does collect payment- in response to the previous review- because that is her job to do so. This is a business with considerable operating expenses and fully staffed. Collecting payment in advance is customary and absolutely necessary. The implant parts and crowns have to be ordered and they have to cover those costs in advance of treatment. I did have to reschedule and miss a few appointments during the course of my treatment and I found Sue and the staff to be very understanding. This is a practice that I would, and have, recommended to neighbors and friends without reservation.

I transferred my dental care to this practice about a year ago based on a family member’s referral and I’m very glad I did! They are both modern and classic in their delivery of professional dentistry. All the latest technology and advanced training one likes to see delivered in the manner of a family dentist of old. I have since referred others and highly recommend both doctors and their team! (They are also following strict safety protocols during the pandemic which made me very comfortable going in for a routine cleaning recently.)

I highly recommend Dr. Chris Constantine and Dr. Lewis Libby. My daughter, chipped her front tooth on a Saturday night. We reached out to Chris. on a Sunday morning, to see what we could do. My extended family has been seeing Dr. Libby for decades and i do mean decades! they would not go anywhere else. My husband started seeing as a child years ago. He travels by plane, from Montana, just to see Dr Libby. He is the most sensitive, kind, caring, devoted dentist in Baltimore, and i felt absolutely no pain whatsoever, during or after during my procedure. He gives every patient a phone call at night from his home to check on them, after he works on them. He even sent me a follow up card in the mail, to let me know he is there; should i need him. Staff also goes above and beyond to help. He is the most professional, first class, 5 star doctor on the planet

When I most recently came back to Dr. Libby after a period of geographical absence my gums and teeth were a mess! Today I smile gladly with a full tooth smile. The work Dr. Libby, Dr. Constantine, Nora, Angela, Julie, and Sue do is way beyond what I have experienced at other dental offices.

Our whole family has been going to this practice for over 30 years. My children and now grandchildren all go regularly for cleaning and to care for whatever crops up. They are conservative in providing care options (i.e. don’t just try to sell you something). They are great in caring for my mother who has dementia and for grandkids to build comfort from their first tooth. My children and their children have no cavities and great smiles. My husband and I have healthy teeth and gums for a lifetime. They are up to date with the latest techniques and are fantastic with care. I can call anytime and they follow up after every procedure.
